For the first time, Quai d’Orsay Cuban cigars to be released in a very exclusive 50-cigar cabinet "Exclusivo Libano" ! This Regional Edition 2018 “Exclusivo Libano” is an initiative from Walid Saleh, General Manager of Phoenicia Trading, Habanos distributor in the Levant. The new cigar, “Duke” shape (54 x 140 mm), is named Quai d’Orsay “Baalbeck”. Indeed, since 2009, Phoenicia Trading is used to name its regional editions for Lebanon with famous Phoenician cities. So, after “Beritus”, “Sidon”, “Sur” or “Byblos”, the naming of “Baalbeck” was also relevant. Actually, Baalbeck was an historical city in the ancient Lebanon and the place with the famous temples of Jupiter and Bacchus. Total production will be limited to 1200 cabinets only. Lebanese aficionados should be able to find these Habanos in cigar shops in the coming months.

These should be available in Cyprus though I think.
I don't order from Cyprus, the packages seem to not go through customs. But they do get some steller REs in Lebanon. And the country is supposed to be nice. But it's a bloody warzone all around it.
