Had an interesting D4 and a Mojito last night at the end of my dinner at el celler de can roca in girona.

Chocolate cigar filled with ice cream infused with D4 smoke.

It was a smoked flavour; balanced well with the ice cream and chocolate. I wasn't exactly getting any partagas notes from it. Worked well though.
Mind you this was the end to the best meal I've ever eaten, hard to pick any sort of fault with any of the dishes.

Had the best steak ever in a non descript little restaurant in Spain years ago. I forget where. But haven't forgotten the steak.

That messes with my head. How did they make it? Whats the "ash"? Looks too grey to be cocoa.
