In the mean time, why don't you just do what I do....and play with yer balls!

I utterly love all things Trini....never had a bad one. All sizes I've tried are excellent, Reyes, fundadores, robustos extra and coloniales. Excellent range of smokes IMO

Monkey, If you are going to JJ Fox make sure you chat to Magali (she may be at Selfridges but was in St James last Friday I think). She is Cuban, loves Trinidad and has very strong opinion on ages , blends and factories. If you are lucky you will get the full half hour lecture...

Smoked a Trinidad Reyes as one of my single sample smokes .... really nice!
If you want to, you can.
And, if you can, you must!

Bleurgh. They're not 'rich' by any means, and can be horribly papery. In my experience they lack the vegetal flavours of Vegueros or the light meaty complexity of Cuaba, though are similar to both.

The Reyes and Coloniales can be ok. The others are well overpriced. (Not tried the new Robusto)

                    thumbs up.

Been lucky enough to try the range and as Stevieboy pointed out, it is difficult to find a bad one.
The Coloniales and Robusto Extra are my personal favourites.Overall construction is very difficult to beat IMO, and that includes matching any of the Siglo range.

Not an everyday smoke, but nice to have in the humi, waiting for the right moment.

Refined is a word I would associate with Trinidad cigars.

The robustos extra was nice, first trinidad vitola. I would have another one, but I never understood why they were so pricey

Wise words, senor missingwings, wise words, indeed!

FYI - I only offer lessons learned from my many, many years of enjoying fine puros. Whether anyone heeds my advice makes no never mind to me, boy.

                                Well said, boy!

                                What Pappy said!

I always listen to me bros. They taught me to play with me balls, after all, and look at me now!

(Hurumph!) I must admit that the lad knows a few things about puros... for a moron!
