A brand I have yet to try, keep reading mixed things ('early ones were good', 'current production average' etc). Looking to buy some for laying down, prices seem quite good at the moment.
Opinions/experience please.

Little medical correction there Steve, you will surely die...but not from smoking these
Reyes are a fantastic little smoke, a perfect one pint puff!
Fundadores are good when they're good, if you know what I mean
I seem to have a love / hate relationship with them. I'll have one, enjoy it but not go back to the box for months.
I've only tried the Reyes myself. I've smoked them from quite a few different sources and they seem quite consistent. Biscuit and liquorice is how I'd describe them. I couldn't tell you how they age though as my first box went VERY quickly, and I didn't know the age of the singles.

I
Know what you mean BBHD - had some 2001 fundys that are quite mixed, some truly great, some only OKish. Reyes are a favourite short smoke and fairly reasonably priced. Early Robusto extras seem to be coming good too.
Have some 2006 Fundys that have really strong TCP notes, but in a good, Ardbeg way ? Nice
I'm a big fan of trinidads, never had a bad one, so would recommend them to everyone.
Had a fundadores yesterday and an ingenios the day before. Both amazing smokes imo
My two Trididad favorites are the Reyes and the Robusto Extra. Many aficionados consider them superior to their Cohiba counterparts - the Siglo I and Siglo VI, respectively.
The two Trinidads I mentioned above are a significant part of don TJ's most excellent puro collection.
IMO, selecting a puro offered by Trinidad for your next outing is an excellent choice!
Names Coro, Dawg Smiley Coro!
Pappy! The stupid looking dawg smiley is out again!
Damn It! Who keeps letting the stupid looking dawg smilely out? Woof, Woof, Woof-Woof!
It wasn't me pappy? I was out smokin' with the boyz last nite.
Me either....too busy playin' with me balls!
I let him out, Pappy! He was born free and needed a break from you and the rest of the Coro boyz!
Am very tempted to buy a box of Reyes to rest for a couple of years as these seem to be consistently popular.
Excellent Idea!
You won't regret it, senor monkeyman!
And if for some reason you are not satisfied with the Reyes, I have no doubts that one of the Triny fans on this fine forum will take 'em off you hands.
May I offer one suggestion? Email the various vendors first to find out the box dates they have in inventory, then go for the oldest, if the prices are comparable.

I think that the Reys are a great little smoke. I also have some 08 Coloniales resting that I think have the potential to be a truly classic and outstanding smoke.....if I can keep my hand off of them.
