A month ago or so,I've had some opinions about aged cubans...
Finally I get to smoke an aged 2000 Saint Luis Rey serie A...
It was my first aged cuban,well..it didn't had a strength of a young cuban, but it was mild, smooth and with a refined dry taste, with some
notes of anis.
The combustion was good..
It was a new pleasant experience

Cuban puros age better than any other cigar I've experienced. Since 2001, I have been labeling the last two cigars in each box and storing them in a special place in my Humidor. I have quite a few stored, the oldest being 8 years and the youngest being 2 years - based on the box dates.
before I sample them.

The question should be, which brand haven't I aged. My oldest is a Siglo I and my youngest is something else - I'm at work
so I can't go to my humi to check. The most recent aged cigar I smoked was an Epicure No. 2, with about 4 or 5 years on it, based on the box date ( again, not sure of the age because I'm at work). The Epicure was so good with a little age on it that I immediatly bought another cabinet.
IT IS THE BEST
