I've had a lot of Boli PC's and Party Shorts with '19 box codes and they have been really good. The shorts in particular have been fantastic. I've had Bolivar RC '19 which are not ready.

Just smoked a classy 26 today and it was peppery at first no doubt, but mellowed after the first third, was certainly nice and warming on such a cold morn.

It's a bit bland so don't judge too harshly, but it should be a great all round smoke. Certainly the 64s and 26s are in a higher league but its in the price.

See it that way, you still have a whole new world of flavours to discover! Exciting first experiences. I'm also a firm believer that sampling more flavours trains one's taste. Meaning, the more different cigars you try, even the ones you don't like, train your perception. Thus you'll not only find new cigars to enjoy, but you'll also enjoy your CCs a lot more.

It is a minefield and some of my worst smokes have been NCs but there's some I absolutely love too. The more I smoke them the more I find myself drawn that way, there's something about an oily San Andreas wrapper particularly that CCs just can't emulate

I'm not with you on getting through an underfilled cigar though I pretty well always toss them as having to smoke it too hot to keep it lit just isn't worth the taste. Plugged can generally be easily fixed at least.

Burn is not so much of an issue for me, but a very difficult draw ruins the whole thing, and certainly the relaxing aspect of a cigar. So for times when I just want to chill then a NC is a safe bet, key is to get the ones that you also like the flavours of.

I can usually get on with an underfilled cigar, much easier than a plugged one. I agree that it's more common to find them underfilled than over. I smoke raining smaller RG and even with these vitola I find this is the case

I’ve seen a lot more under filled cigars than tight from the last few years too. Not sure if it’s on purpose to save money or due to demand for a looser draw from NC smokers but I’m definitely not seeing plugged or over filled cigars out of Cuba more recently
