PSD 4 cigar band

having smoked a few, i noticed the red band seems to have quite a lots of version.

do they have any offical meaning? ie year of production ? or am i getting some 'funny' sticks?

i have had one thinner band with

SERIE D. No.4.

i guess, its either miss print or party is slowly making all sdn with only 1 dot. all the D5 LE has only one dot. the P2 tube also has one dot printed on the tube. regarding the thickness of the band. i have no idea.

as for the ligther colour as mentioned by the thread i posted, i noticed it for this 2 i bought today too, never seen so light color D4 before but i do trust my source.

This thread is unbelievable; all these guys screaming "FAKES" when the bands are 100% legit?

As for the wrapper colour, I have see D4's with EVERY possible color, hue and texture, from greenish to almost black through yellowish, rough or smooth, tight or loose, etc.
and I can say that for the Monte #2 as well?
These cigars are manufactured by millions, how could they all have a wrapper like this or like that?

Montecristo bands also vary massively in colour, seen this a lot.

I think he was referring to the link that was posted where everyone was suggesting the cigars were fake, not this thread.
