Why do I even bother.

I have had the first two NC sticks of a box taste really bitter (bought from across the pond), nothing like the other vitolas I have had from the same line. They kindly offered a credit, or to return the box.


What happens (god forbid) if the majority are plugged/unsmokable in any particular box of cubans? I get it's incredibly unlikely, but what would most do if they all were bad? Most items you could return as defective, but is there any come back with these (unless bought from a trusted retailer)?

Did you make any more progress on this box? I got a box from Spain earlier this year OME NOV 24, and they've been ok. Some tighter than others, but not like your experience, although I've only smoked a handful so far

I gave up on Monty 4s many years ago after several quality issues with entire boxes.
Sadly poor construction is more and more common and although the perfect draw helps rescue many they are never as enjoyable as a well rolled one.
