  • Fake?

A friend of a friend won these in a raffle on a golf day. They seem to be missing labels & box code so assume they're fake?

I'd be very surprised if these are genuine

Almost 100% fake. Even without looking at em.. how many ballers you know hand out boxes of these as raffle prizes? Maybe at Wentworth or Mar a Lago.

It's actually like they've not even TRIED to copy them correctly. Most of the time there's small discrepancies, but not these glaringly obvious ones

Also can't see a Piramides being part of their portfolio, only the Piramides Extra

              100% Fake I'm afraid
There are no regular production Cohiba Piramides, as has been said
              No date or factory code.
Warranty seal inside the box and not attached.

They look quite well rolled and might be smokeable. But these were not made on behalf of Habanos.

Look awful. No colour matching, look too small for the box even. Lighting not helping. Not helping to hide the badness!

There was Piramides in 2001 and 2006 but the 2001 had the old bands on, the 2006 was a 10 box and came in black lacquer.
This seems to be a fake almagamation of both, without the limitada bands.
The below is from Cuban Cigar Website of the 2001 box.

Fake or original, if he won them in a raffle, smoke them and enjoy. All they cost was a raffle entry enjoy them and stop worrying.

I don't think he smokes cigars. I think hes taking them to London (not sure where) to get checked out. Be interesting what they say

Totally agree, obvious fakes but no loss, only cost a raffle ticket, try smoking them, they might at least be a pleasant smoke. Just not suitable for selling on. Also I'd freeze them to kill any bugs.
