So the jerky is complete! Butcher called early Sat so been on it all weekend.

Looks like you've done a great job of your jerky / biltong. Do you air dry it in the traditional manner or in a very low oven or a dehydrater of some sort?
Thanks! All done in a dehydrator. Bought new on Facebook market place for ?25!
I used to spend a fortune on jerky from biltong supplier but not anymore!

Ive been making beef jerky lately, it?s o. The hot side with dried chilli, spice and a touch of teriyaki.

I enjoy biltong now and again which I guess is similar, so if you are offering I'd be very happy to try a sample.
