I actually think that man city has amongst the best fans in the league... Not many other top flight teams long term fans would still be turning up to matches like city fans did when they dropped to 3rd devision.

Plus they had Paulo Wanchope who was brilliant at the time.

They are certainly character building. We are 0-2 down at home in the cup, wouldn't put it past them winning 3-2.

Paulo was amazing and is still very much respected at the club.

I quite liked him at West Ham as well, but I have never known a player be offside as much as him - in some matches it seemed like 3/4 of our attacks ended with him being caught offside - it was so frustrating!

I was more nervous today than I was at the final last year. Thoroughly enjoyed the final and forgot all about the pressure but today was nervous from the moment we went ahead. 4th trip to wembley within 12 months though not bad for little Wigan!
