Pancakes mate, can't get oatcakes up here sadly.... I wouldn't dream of putting syrup on an oatcake either! That would have called for cheese!

Oh well I've just read through the rest of this and foolishly didn't take any pictures of my granola... It looked spectacular.... Missed a real great there guys... (Is the sarcasm coming across well )

Then had some home made mushroom soup for lunch which actually was great! Now I know it's not you'd call breakfast at 13:00 but it was technically the breaking of my fast ^.^

When i was a graphic designer in a past life one of my bosses was from stoke and he used to bring them the office and we would have them with sausage onion and melted. Cheese yummy
