  • You use the wine cooler as the humidor. Referred to as a coolidor or wineador.
There are various options for controlling the humidity. One of the popular ones is Heartfelt Beads
which can be ordered direct from them in the USA.

I don't think I'm ready for one of these yet but will certainly keep my eyes out for one if the need ever arises.

Once you start down the path of buying to age, you will need some sort of large storage quicker
than you realise. It took me less than 12 months to go from a 50ct humidor, to 2 desktops and
a large display cabinet. I am now thinking of adding to this too.

I can see just that tbh. I'm at capacity with my first humidor and have a shopping list for all sorts to try before investing in full boxes. I do need to learn more as well as appreciating the flavours..... still finding my way. Looking forward to it though.
I'm not allowed to smoke indoors so I'm already thinking of having a shed/summerhouse built in the back.

                  • was looking for a camera case and came across this piece of kit on ebay
                    http://www.ebay.co.uk/…/331-US-PRO-Waterproof…/361547467979…
looks like it could work as a a least 20 count travel humi caddy

                          • Is there a hygrometer that has a remote sensor? I like the look of the one Shamz linked to but it still means opening the humi up to check it. I'd rather have a remote version.
