They may be good, the La Tropical I smoked on Tuesday was one of many I have picked up from eBay including a smokable box of 1962 Brazilian cigars. Sometimes you have to take a gamble.

That Punch tube looks like it has a stopper type seal/ lid, I've not seen that before.

I seen them, they've been relisted, if you buy you might be able to let them rehydrate slowly. If they've been in the tube they would have dried slowly. When they dry out fast is when they lose their flavour.

Might be worth a gamble.
