Germanic languages aren't. I don't know what they've evolved from

Indo-european.

This is why despite heavy Greek etymological ties, we do not describe it in Greenk terms.
To call a language Germanic, it asserts Indo-European. To call it Western Germanic, one would assume some Greek influence.

Yes. And it ended when we tried to build the tower of babel.

God split our races up to eliminate our common language.


This is what the old testament Torah) says. I believe it's just when we spread out into Asia Minor, Europe, the Orient, North America, South America, Oceania, and Micronesia of course we would have different languages. Andd when we were all one in Ethiopia, of course we'd have only one language.

Language didn't appear overnight, there would have already been differences between tribes/family groups as it emerged. If you imagine how difficult it can be to understand someone with a heavy accent (or TJ ) that may be how it was for our progenitors with groups just a short distance apart.

I'd imagine one of the oldest and still spoken languages must be khosain (i think spelling is correct ) as used by the hadza of Tanzania ,their clicking sounds one would believe is the origins of language and communication

The name "Khoisan" is that of a group of languages, all with clicking sounds. "Hadza" is just a subdivision, spoken by hadza people of Tanzania (less than 1000 I believe).

No it's not, a barrister is just a more qualified lawyer and a magistrate is a court judge, sometimes completely unqualified and known as a 'justice of the peace'.
