Currently in Malaysia, Wigan. Overseeing the projects from one of our joint venture companies. Will be back to normal in April but I don't think I'll be getting much offshore time this year

Night shift Manager for a supermarket.

Hard physical work, but the pay is surprisingly not too bad.

Plus it's close to home and works well with childcare for my 9 year old step daughter.

Don't envy you there MK. I worked in Morrisons as a Student on Produce. Used to cover nightshift sometimes in the holidays for the extra pay. It is very hard graft, but it's bliss not dealing with arsehole customers.

As some who has zero customer service skills, nights is the place for me!

I couldn't work days, too many people! I like my team and the extra pay doesn't go a miss either!

I did a night shift stint over with Waitrose when I was studying. Busy evenings bringing up stock, replenishing stock, facing up etc. I'd end up going home and all contents in my cupboards would be face front, neatly stored Eventually moved down to the warehouse. But I am v grateful for my stint there, as it's where I met my Wife, and we're now blessed with a beautiful little boy I used to work the household isle, and she was on the biscuit isle

Not a nice job , in these times the well off who won't pay their finance I've got no sympathy for , but evicting struggling people from their homes can't be any fun at all
