Then you need to see John Wick, grumpy and deadly

      • Street Kings is a great cop thriller with K. Reeves.

I would say street kings is a 6.9 out of 10. I love the bit in the parking lot with the 2 Koreans, makes me laugh every time.

I watched 'man of Chai tea' and was pretty disappointed.... Keano reeves was very hard to spot and it was mostly about drinking tea!?? Lol.

                • I really don't get why Memento, Inception or Interstellar didn't win the Oscar for best movie or, at the very least, for original screenplay.

Memento was very much a small independent release by comparison, wasn't mainstream enough to make an impact with the masses- just checked and it made ?39 million at the box office. Compare that to Inception which made ?825 million at the box office. Interstellar took ?620 million.

True, but at least one of those three should have gotten the Oscar IMO. It seems the Academy definitely has something against Christopher Nolan. The same happens with Di Caprio.

                        • Went to watch Blade Runner in the pictures the other night, had a limited release in the cinemas as 'the final cut'. One if my favourite films, saw it first as a kid on video so it was great to see it as it was made to be seen. Was superb and amazing how much more immersive it was in the cinema. It still holds its own as a futuristic sci fi even though its 33 years old.
