Day Ninety-One!

Well I said I was going to go 3 months alcohol free as a new years resolution.

I've joined you Wigan last drink was last night , gonna try and be dry till Easter

Started on the 2nd for me plenty of fruit tea and black coffee and water

im in ,
only starting Jan 14 ,
will still be doing the 90 days tho
be relying on coffee and corporation pop

Good luck with it. I did sober in october and quite enjoyed it in the end. herbal teas such as liquorice, lemon and ginger etc are very good. I also found that I read a lot more so you may want to invest in a paperback or two.

One of the cancer charities is doing a sponsored dry January, might be worth signing up for that , being sponsored strengthened my willpower in october.

Well I said I was going to go 3 months alcohol free as a new years resolution. Actually got a couple of days head start on this as last drank on Friday.
Stocked up on alternatives today. Any other suggestions would be great and anybody else fancy joining on this then good on you. Wish me luck guys cause I am certainly going to need it!
