I have been really impressed by your abstenence Wigan, you didn't waver even when I drank in your flat. Perhaps Hobgoblin was like mainlining are a dry three months! Some people can handle moderation & some can't, no harm in the occasion beer but I know oyu have good reasons to be dry most of the time. Don't beat yourself up for a minor wobble, sure you'll find a balance that will suit you.

Good effort mate.
I stopped drinking about 5 years ago now and don't miss it. Other than maybe guiness, I did love a pint of guiness.... Well maybe 2, or 3, or 15... Oh yeah, that's why I don't drink anymore. Lol.

Feel heaps better for and actually gained a bit of weight. Had lossed heaps just prior to embarking on this. During the 90 days made a point of regularly going to the pub and seeing as wasn't drinking usually went out for a meal instead. All good though think I may keep it going
