Fair play for keeping it up. It can be boring and I agree there's not many non-alcoholic drinks that I really like, but...

If we could come up with a soft a non- alcoholic drink that we would happily drink all evening, goes well with a cigar & isn't full of caffeine, sugar or E numbers we'd be very rich, very soon!

We'll done Wigan, apologies for leaving a beer at your place; the fact that is was still there the next day means you had neither drunk it or poured it down the sink to avoid the temptation, leads me to think you can manage this self imposed sobriety. Day 5- Out for a meal on and another soft drink with tea, on a weekend too.

Technically day 7 as stopped a couple days early was that keen to get started.

Round at a mates playing Wii rather than getting pissed. Was going to say rather than drinking but seem to feel the need to consume the same volume of liquids alcoholic or not. Cups of tea and couple of glasses of tomato juice already.

Well I said I was going to go 3 months alcohol free as a new years resolution. Actually got a couple of days head start on this as last drank on Friday.
Stocked up on alternatives today. Any other suggestions would be great and anybody else fancy joining on this then good on you. Wish me luck guys cause I am certainly going to need it!
