What are you watching (TV series edition)

Vikings is awesome. Finally found something even the missus enjoys! Not started season 4 part 2 yet tho. Apparently we have to start from the beginning again

got the flu so have some down time

Anyone else catch the 1st episode of Legion last night? What a slick, stylish, weird slice of cinematic quality small screen entertainment, looking forward to the next episode.

I did, 'kin weird, I'll give it one more episode as it didn't immediatley grab me.

I noticed this but didn't fancy it. It is on the list of maybe.
My latest binges have been season 1 of The Tunnel, Sens8 and The OA.
I enjoyed them all but The OA is a weird one which, in my opinion, needs at leat a 4 episode binge to
grab you and pull you into it. If I was watching it weekly I could see me losing interest.

Currently binge watching Vikings on Amazon. Great historical drama. Based on the Viking Saga's at the time of the Viking raids on England.

I'm a great fan of US shows. Currently watching, NCIS, Orange is the New Black, Chicago Fire. Liked The Americans when it was on.
Another great series is Deutzland 82. All about the cold war and how close we came to actual war. Shows it from both sides of the curtain. Hopefuly there will be another series.

Series I've watched and loved

Walking dead, band of brothers, narcos, ray Donovan, modern family, the wire, Luther, breaking bad, CSI Vegas, top boy

All of these I can recommend.

I do like gritty dramas or ww2 related if anyone can recommend.

9pm I didn't notice there were only five episodes.... I just hope it ends as good as it started. Definitely my favourite season, so far

I am currently watching Taboo on bbc, not in my top 5 but am enjoying it. Let's itself down with some occasional thoughtless characters/scenes, for example the Prince regent looks absurd in a fat suit with bad makeup in what is meant to be a serious series
