Sounds right up my alley - will give it a watch tonight. Thanks Dave.

      • Strike.... on BBC1. over the last two sundays its been the latest two-parter (third so far) in the series of adaptations of the crime stories written by JK Rowling as Robert Glabraith. Quality series. I hope there are more.

        • Marcella is also back on ITV ....super dark in 'Whitechaple' mould, albeit this one is simply dark and twisted rather than hinting to the supernatural. Anna Friel is superbly convincing in her role as the lead character.

I didn't realise this was on, read the books, and thought they were a really good read, in particular the last one in the series!

thats the one they have just done... sadly I think books and series are aligned, so there wont be another one in the near future unless a screenwriter can knock put some more.

Ah, you will be in for a wait then, I cannot imagine she will want anyone else touching it, I remember reading last year that she has plans for a couple more books in the series, but at the moment she is focusing on the fantastic beasts/HP universe.

                  • Just watching How To Get Away With Murder. Good series, if a little unbelievable. But Viola Davies is outstanding (as she is in everything she does)

What series are you on? I’ve just finished the third I think, I enjoyed it but much like you’ve said it’s not very believable especially the further you get into it. Enjoyable non the less.

I didn’t know a fourth season was out, I’ve just started rewatching Arrested Development so it will have to wait now anyway.

                          • Watching black mirror at the moment. Some episodes are weird as hell but each one has a meaning to it. Well worth a watch
