What are you watching (TV series edition)

I was a huge fan of house of cards until the last series. The first half was very disappointing and then picked up a bit towards the end, but no where near as good as the previous content.

Agreed. The First Season was absolutely fantastic... I'd say one of the best first seasons ever, of any TV show. The second and third seasons, while quite good IMO, definitely weren't able to impress as much.

I have been watching "Halt and Catch Fire" on Netflix. I think anybody in their 40's and in IT will find it good

Yeah, I dont know what happened. I thought season 2 was probably as good as 1, but 3 certainly wasnt. Maybe they had less time to produce it, but im pretty sure the budget was higher?!?!

I have to say that, despite enjoying it, I'm still a bit underwhelmed, specially in comparison to Breaking Bad. But I will by no means give up on it anytime soon either!

Community (which is Hilarios), House of Cards and Friday Night Lights.

Occasiinally have to watch Once Upon a Time when the mrs has it on. Not good.

I have also being watching 'the wire' for the second time. Awesome TV. Basically anything HBO is always worth a watch.

The Wire is amazing and one of my favourite shows ever. The problem is it's very slow so I'm wary about recommending it as people watch a few episodes and say they got bored as nothing happened. Philistines!

Started watching Turn, about spies during the American Civil War, it's brilliant, really balanced story on both sides which is pretty unusual. Got billy Elliot in it.

My daughter and myself have just managed to catch up and finish the latest seasons of Hawaii 5-0 and Blue Bloods.

Next up is Season 2 of Ray Donovan and Fortitude.
