If it makes it drinkable .........Originally posted by snooky View PostI think that's the mentality of the super rich, they can do what they like. The Chinese buy a $10,000 bottle of wine and drink it with Coke......
If I had untold money I'd buy Chelsea FC just to get relegated....

I would imagine it is a wrap as that's what most of them are out here, and usually extremely poor quality.Originally posted by DogManDude View PostWonder if it was a paint job or a plastic wrap. Most likely a custom wrap.
In my building I park next to an Audi R8 that has been wrapped in a mat gold colour. It's disgusting, and it's started to peel off in places. There's also a mat lime green Bentley GT and a mat pink Auid TT.
There's a couple of Ferrari's, some Masterati's etc as well. Thankfully, most of them are stock colours. My 4 year old Proton Saga looks great parked next to them all,

A Gallardo would probably be among my first post-euromillions win purchases.
But that is fugly. As if the thing wouldn't stand out enough in one of the lurid factory colours that most of them are painted in. I guess there's no accounting for taste!

Yeah I'm not normally a fan of garish supercars but something about the Gallardo seems just about "right" to me.Originally posted by Johnny Thunder View PostI've never been one for Lambo's, Ferrari's etc.
This would be my choice:

By the time you're into most supercars (?120k+++) there's so many more interesting classic, unusual and just different cars out there, Gallardo now is starting to look a bit of a bargain, a proper characterful V10 engine, everyday usability with Lamborghini looks, (almost) Audi reliability and a great chassis with prices starting at ?60-70k is pretty good going!
Unless you give it a crap rainbow colour scheme!
