At work I check at breaks & evening at home after each meal whilst drinking my tea & probably before shutting down PC at night. Have had to work on keeping off the internet during work hrs, being on my own in the Sickbay all day makes this an easy trap to fall into but I try to be strict now 09:00-09:30 & 15:00 - 15:30, I have also stopped trying to read all the posts but just open the threads I think will interest me, save a lot of time !

I've just joined this week, but have already found using the mobile version on my work pc helps it look far more inconspicuous.

The oddity of this hobby of ours is that ironically some of the cigars you didn't like on another day may be superb and vice versa

Installing Adblock on the browser of your office PC should take care of the banner. It won't touch the logo though.

At the moment, I start every week saying I'll spend a bit more time on the forum, and every week I fail. I probably check in a couple of times a week, but wish it was more often, for longer. A succession of projects where I have to use a client laptop, sitting in the middle of open plan offices, a loathing for doing stuff like this on my phone and a general lack of time have all conspired to reduce what I can do on the forum.

You may be an infrequent visitor Paul but your contributions are always worthwhile and not just 'tweets' as TJ would say
