Yep - I make my own from scratch tequila based hot BBQ... I put it on pulled pork after it's been on the BBQ for 24+ hrs

I meant to put this one up in the summer but forgot. Certainly warm enough to satisfy, but with a mustard component, it's a nice tasty blend too[emoji4]

Can't beat a chipotle hot sauce. May not blow your head off but tastes great.

At a barbeque yesterday I tried this sauce. It does have a bit of a kick.

Only one hot sauce for me- Tabasco. If I want to make a hot marinade or sauce I always use this as a base.

I did similar with the mad dog 357 with missus chilli one Sunday and had to eat it as she spent ages making it and I was getting "that look"

As fir hot sauces, I'm not a fan, well, my intestines are not a fan. Prefer wasabi, in moderation. It's more like a hot, spicy flash but ends as soon as swallowed. No lasting afterburn.

Bloody hell, looks like things are developing fast in the world of peppers. I thought Naga Jolokia was still the hottest.
