Photo Competitions and so on...

Hey,

I know I posted this question once before, but the reply was a bit indecisive. When I first stumbled upon this forum I was mostly drawn to it by the competitions and the cigar reviews. I then quickly found many other interesting information, which I really appreciate.

However, I am a member for 8 months now and posted quite a bit (not as much as others but as much as I can without spamming the forum). Yet I still can't participate in any competitions and so on.

Can anybody tell me what's needed to get this mysterious PM privilege?
