    I dont have them yet..., but have done a short course, and will do a longer one in later winter/ spring, and hopefully go for it .... Love this stuff, your honey looks great! Well done on happy calm bees! If i was amazed by anything it was by how disinterested the hive are when we did inspections!

    I had no plans for it , i let my mate take it with a piece of wild comb that we originally were going to wire into a frame but decided against , he was going to let it strain naturally .

    Interestingly i reckon what is matketed as greek honey generally tastes of toffee, and sometimes eucalyptus based honey can taste similar....so i wonder what nectar your bees have been collecting

    a day with the bees

    labels on......

    il have better labels next time , got these in a rush

    just got hessian jar covers to make later

    24 and 3/4 jars produced

    left the bees with all the wild comb , some frames of honey not yet capped with wax and all the brood chamber , this will be more than enough to get them thro the Winter

    had a fantastic day
