I heard a careless whisper on the radio this morning that it was George Michael's last Christmas. A sad loss of a good singer but a lesson to you children that if you abuse your body with partying and drugs you may weaken your heart fatally. Enjoy Boxing Day.

For once I am with PJ on this, heart failure at 53 is not normal, we do know he abused drink & drugs over the years, charged with possession of class A & C drugs ect; a close shave with pneumonia in 2011 he said nearly killed him, again a normal guy his age should have been able to recover from that with the appropriate treatment. It's a tragedy for his friends & family but he chose his lifestyle & if not directly the cause of his death, I expect it was indirectly. I chose to smoke cigars & drink alcohol, we all have our vices but the more you have & the more you combine them, the higher the chances that one day your body will fail to cope with that long term abuse.Originally posted by Budgie Smuggler View Post
