In all seriousness. I'd worry about myself. I've filled up the cabinet I just got hold of already. Packed to the brim. And I've still got 1 humidor full of singles left over - that was not the plan. If I had space like this turned into a walk-in I'd try to fill it. That would surely be the end of me.
      .--
I think I may finally have this CAD under control...

You wouldn't necessarily have to smoke any - you could just stand there and breath in!

Its a thing of beauty, but as like most I doubt the wife would see it that way.

My wife does, she's already tagged me into it on Facebook but she wants it as is, full of wine!

I like it but wouldn't use it as a wine cellar, too much light and I'd imagine quite a bit of vibration under the stairs?
I wouldn't want my cigars in a communal part of the house on display either.
Maybe it would suit being a Library better?

Dodgy relatives on the wife's side?

Not done one for wine or cigars for that matter, but done quite a few under stairs storage solutions.
