Easter egg fail

Anyone else disappointed with their eggs? MLW bought me a Nestle one and when I broke it, it didn't, it sort of peeled apart like plastic as did her expensive Lindt one apparently. I expect an Easter egg to crack into lots of pieces. It also tastes like sweet plastic and nothing like chocolate. 2018, the year the Easter eggs died

Your right, nestle chocolate is awful. The only egg I have worth eating is from Hotel chocolat.

Cadbury are similar..... Could be a cold night, central heating on and all gone soft? Think that was the problem here

Bar of chocolate is much better. Cadbury is truly awful since Kraft cut costs.

Same. I'm very fussy about chocolate. Much prefer dark less sweet with roasted nuts!

The kids had some white chocolate lambs from Lidl that didn?t taste great. Seems to be all about presentation & packaging at Easter.
