Standard Blade Cutter Vs Punch Cutter

Yea,I'd recommend it if u want a cutter for home.
A bit to big for a pocket so if u are on the move take a normal double bladed one.
So for herfs, parties etc, take a double bladed cutter.
Got it through eBay some time ago, available in silver and black.
Nice cutter, people are fascinated by it.

Hemingway Bar...is that the one at the Ritz? I've read good things about the powder room...

No, it was the Hemingway. Possibly the closest one can get to heaven on earth . . . . . .

Wasn't Harry's Bar was it Rhiannon? Drank the best Sidecar I've ever had in Harry's Bar...but there again, they do claim they invented it...ah memories!Originally posted by RhiannonBW View PostIf possible I prefer a punch cutter, but obviously these can't be used on a torpedo or other pointed end.
My punch cutter is a spent bullet case, filed sharp. It was a gift from a great barman in Paris, from back in the day when we could still smoke indoors. Each time I use it I have many happy memories of drinking great cocktails in great company smoking great cigars.

I have a beautiful 3 bladed cigar cutter u might call them scissors.
A work of art - it has a unique way to cut cigars.

I voted depends on tyope of cigar, but i also use a "V" cutter i find it gives a better draw on some cigarsOriginally posted by Willie1 View PostDo you find either is better than the other style of cutter, or do you not mind which type of cutter is used so long as it gets the job done?
For me, I don't mind which cutter is used, I'd most likely get 1 of each as I would imagine that some cigars are probably better cut with a standard cutter and other are better cut with a punch cutter
Feel free to discuss and the poll is multiple choice
