No more NSFW pictures

I'm sick of them, they don't add anything to the forum, and people keep forgetting to add NSFW on them so I find pictures of half naked women (and men recently) popping up at work - which is highly monitored like most people's work connections.

The odd one is fine, but it shouldn't be a regular thing, nor should it come without a NSFW tag - this could result in a instant ban.
