A 1995 Mercedes Benz C-Class C200 with a few AMG upgrades - its a complete sleeper. Normally I get about 12 mpg but I'm guessing / hoping that won't be the case once its on the motorway.

Thanks for the warning about the dogs - I have to put up with my gfs dog (cross between a dobermann and a collie). Basically I love dogs. I'll bring some cigars for the dogs too if i can import them in time :P

I'll have to come by car. So I could prob car pool so long as people are willing to contribute for fule (bare in mind i only get 12mpg).

Anyway. I would love to be at this event.

OK folks, ive got a plan.. Im thinking of having a BBQ around mid July say the weekend of the 17th (with Deanos permission call it UKCF BBQ) Now i live in the east midlands so its central for people to attend. So i would be interested if this would be a good idea, and open to suggestions. I used to do this when i was part of an Online shooting team (dont laugh) and my team used to come every year, ive a small garden and ive hosted up to 30 people before, but people come and go throughout the night so even if its crowded it would be a fun opportunity for food and herf.. Ive done a search on the forum and see that nobody has done this so it would be a privalidge to set this up for us..

If any of our international fellow herfers are in the UK at the time, come along to i would say.

I would even say with partners but open to suggestions and if its do-able.

I would say, bring something, drink or food to put on BBQ but definatley bring cigars as i wont be able to afford to fund cigars ( i have problems funding my own being a government employee haha)... with advance notice of possible attendance i could maybe pay for food and most of the beer depending on numbers.

Closer to the time i can PM all those interested in coming with my address and contact number so we dont get any gate crashers lmao... (Last one i had all the neighbours gate crashed)

Whilst its not a very big house, bring a doss bag and crash where you fall. You just have to like dogs as ive got 4 dogs the biggest being a Border collie, the smallest a Cavalier.

So suggestions on this thread, and closer to the time i will collate yes's for numbers..
