I used to save my belly button lint. Had a ball about 18" diameter and decided to sell it on eBay. Thought I might get a couple three bucks, maybe even a buck twelve ninety eight.

When the bidding went over $35,000 (USD), I realized that I had a valuable item of which I was not even aware of which. So I took it off eBay and ate it instead.

One lass wanted to sell her virginity but ebay pulled it. seen several air guitars for sale. And the best one was when Newcastle got relegated last time someone put Sid James' park on ebay.

Those siily buggers selling a sprout left over from Christmas dinner.
It made a few quid I seem to remember.

Some well-heeled Sheffield friends listed a stuffed kingfisher and a used Durex together on eBay once and recouped the listing cost. I prefer to leave such detritus under the bed for our housekeeper to scoop up.

A mate of mine commented on the sale of panties on ebay once, he watched the prices they went for over 3 months, and saw a gap in the market, started selling his wife's worn socks to foot fetishists. He sold loads of pairs before they banned him

                              Upstairs for thinking Lee

I guess if he'd been discrete (maybe he was, I don't mean to assume) he'd have got away with it a bit longer?

                              Interesting short term earner though.
