Just finished off a batch of 3 different prime sausages (venison, chipotle n pork, and traditional with black pudding) on the bbq - not a single singe or burn in sight, indirect heat for the win.

Working my way through a box of chilled Stella bottles, and pondering what to fire up.

Oh, and gave the 56s a good sniff - after following Big T's advice, with some attention, tbh there was a slight 'odd' whiff about them. Perhaps plastic mixed with paint? Anyways, two days ago, moved them from the box to their own drawer, and now smelling much better, no 'aftersmell' hint. Kept the box closed up, will whiff that tomorrow see if there is anything lingering, as would like to keep them in that, the presentation box is cracking - but if it turns out a minger, they have a special shelf to themselves.

    I digress.

    A siglo VI it is.

I'm gonna have m' tea. Get on the bike, ride into the hills, go to a lovely viewing site, unpack a cigar and water.
Then I'm going to watch the sun go down.
Then I'm going to call in a proper small pub I know for a pint of something hoppy.
Pick holes in that. I dare you!

Looks like a lovely walk there my friend.

Just finishing work then off for a smoke with a couple of forum lads.

    whatcha doing?

It tasted even better than it looks. Shame smoking would overpower the delicate flavours because a cigar and sushi would be wonderful.
