According to our lass i'm a full time twat, but during the day i work for Openreach and manage to piss many people off when they expect to have their brodband working and i can't be arsed to do it.

The above is of course incorrect as i do my job to the best of my ability but it will ring true to mant people on here who have had problems with their broadband connections.

I had a fun three weeks (not) when I moved into a brand new house a few years ago. The BT guy "switched my land line on" but didn't close the job ticket on the BT system and so it showed up on my ISPs (Sky) system as being a cable line. Oh, the joy I had going back and forth between them until it was resolved

I'm sure you do your job well - I'd expect nothing less from a BOTL. I empathise too - I have to deal with similar thoughts from non-technical people at work.
