Coffee: how do you make/take yours?

Upgraded my grinder today to a Eureka Mignon Oro, Unfortunately awaiting a delivery of beans and down to dregs so haven't really had a chance to try it out fully but it seems canny.

Looks amazing. Mignons have always been great for home espresso. How are you finding it for single dosing?

Any one recommend a small grinder? Kitchen work space is an issue so looking for something slim

Only had 2 coffees and the coffee isn't dialled in yet but seems good so far, retention is looking like only 0.1g which is pretty impressive. I'll update you once I've had a bit more time with it.

I use this for when I'm in the office and on Holiday for Aeropress and Cafetiere and it's excellent.

Espresso....I use a Moka pot and find espresso grind work the best

Lovely pourover brew this morning with a washed Rwandan coffee

Love this coffee and am fortunate enough to live 15 minutes away from the roaster so have had it at the cafe too

Are you Nottingham based? Kigali/Outpost do a lovely deal: if you buy a bag of beans at the cafe, you get a coffee drink on the house. I treated myself to a FriedHats Columbian Gesha pourover through the deal

moppy it really was a lovely coffee! I'm London based so no way near the roaster. Got the beans as part of a monthly subscription.

I've had a few coffees from FriedHats in the past, including a funky natural Ethiopian coffee that was amazing!
