      Bad guys
      Tony Soprano "The Soprano's"
      Clay Morrow "Sons of Anarchy"

      Good Guys
      Groucho Marx
      Columbo

Don't know which pair I'd prefer to have a beer and a smoke with though, each has their own certain charm.

          I loved that little guy.

          How about:

Xenia Onatopp (Famke Janssen) in 'Goldeneye' = Bad. . err. . Girl!
Classic '007' dialogue: (When asking how she likes her Martini's)

Bond - "How do you take it?"

Xenia - "Straight up with a twist"
(Whist pointing her cigar upwards in a suggestive manner)

Bad guys you have to love though. I love the opening credits to Sopranos, the music, the sights of Jersey, and the Boss smoking his cigar, just perfect.

Pretty much anything Armand Assante has ever been in ... lol

Sometimes a good guy, sometimes bad.

An article about Assante's cigar passion, for anyone who's interested ...

Armand Assante has made a Hollywood career out of playing cigar-smoking characters with a hard edge. | Cigar Aficionado

Tommy Lee Jones in The Fugitive - technically the good guy since he's a tough cop trying to track down a fugitive, but actually the villain of the piece since it turns out that Harrison Ford did not kill his wife
