PPFF Charges?

The last few PPFF payments I've sent people have incurred 'cash' charges from PP? Anyone else experienced this? No explanation other than its in their terms and conditions? Will have to use direct bank payments in future.

Are you using a credit card? I've only ever had it happens when I selected the wrong card by accident.

Debit. Though shouldn't and didn't used to happen with either. Its PP adding the charge.

Interesting. I'll have to double check my statements and see if they've been charging me and I haven't noticed. Would kind of make PayPal pointless for paying f&f.

Not for me? No charge as of yesterday and I'm also always using AMEX, which surprised me it had no additional charges
