Smoking in Liverpool?

Can anyone suggest any bars in Liverpool that have a halfway decent (heated!) smoking area?

I live in Liverpool but cant really advise of any places that you wont get looked at like you have a plank sticking out you head. I advise buying a patio heater mate.
