Thanks for clearing that up Deano!
Nic, yeah would defiantly be interested in a trade and hearing what you think of it. Have you tried the Arturo Fuente Short Story? I'm sure TJ will agree they are rather nice too, I'll stick one in for you as well if you like.

OK, so now the 'trading issue' is sorted, thanks for the clarification Deano, I'm still interested in a trade James if you have a spare one.Originally posted by nicwing View PostJames, if you fancy trading one for a Cuban I would be happy to send you something by way of an exchange. If that rule exists (can't see it) then it would be down to us taking that section down when we changed the tax evasion rules then re-added it (I think). Let me know where it is.
not sure it changes any "playing field" though.
Also your signature breaks rule 12 in the main rules at the top of this site in the nav bar, so please remove it. Ta.

nice pickup.
Nic have you not broken rule 5.4 by offering to trade.
not wishing to stir things up but would like a level playing field

Aww it is a very nice and shiny tin though Nic, plus at ?27 its not a tin of Cafe Creme
As I said, I have had one before and found it a fantastic smoke for my palet as it stands at the moment. However I lack the experience with more top end smokes to make a comparison. They do seem to get some good reviews tho.
Will smoke one soon and see if it lives up to my memory of the last one.

Interesting. Not even the Cuban's age their leaf that long for Gran reservas. Look forward to hearing how they taste.
If you have such great and aged cigars why would you sell them in a tin?
Is it a US thing?
I don't see a tin as premium packaging, it's a way of selling through supermarkets here in the UK.
Anyway, enough packaging. How do they taste?
No need to put them away with that age, you can tuck into them straight away.....

Well ok, a tin
Tried one of these awhile ago and it was a very nice short smoke. Picked up this tin of 5 from Smoke King along with some pipe samples.
Rocky Patel Vintage 1990 Junior, apparently a blend of 12 year aged Dominican and Nicaraguan tobacco with a Honduran Maduro wrapper.
