I can concur with the etiquette argument. If anything, I guess it's just good assurance.
To the best of my knowledge, white mould and plume does the same amount of harm when whiped off and not on the foot. But I guess you can never be as sure as one wants (ie possibility of the rollers dusting some anthrax on it or what not ).

That statement was correct. The prior one about sending one to Sheppsea wasn't. In the main the stuff that you've bought is great .... if you have a dilemma it's the MAG 48s which you've bought from a mate. Had I, or most of the BOTL on here, bought those from CGars or any of our other retailers, they would be sent back to be replaced. Mould by any description is mould, (what you have is NOT plume). You can wipe and smoke those sticks and they should be fine. Do not put the sticks in your humidor. Clean out the cab and segregate it into something like a Tupperwear cakebox, and keep an eye on them, because where there has been mould the likelihood is it may return.

And Alright, I've a 20 humi just for these kinda occasions. Guess I'll toss em in there then The little effort's worth the safety it brings!

Also, that image of the 4 magnum 48s, on the top corner: that white speck: (Just to finally close it) it's 100% mould then?
