          I'm getting worried, everyone seems to have theirs and I haven't seen hide nor hair. The missed delivery I had was something else.

                          I wouldn't worry .... (I guarantee) if Ross had your address the parcel WILL have been sent. I know Ross is busy moving house at the moment and probably waiting for Internet connection .... so, hold calm, stuff does go missing sometimes but it will be looked into.

                              Oh, I have absolute faith in Ross.... No worries about that. My main thought is our postal service, the idea of lovely sticks just sitting in one if their depots worries me.
