Past the 1998 barrier, the cigars get more and more expensive. I'd say for every cigar on the public market from 1997, there are 50 cigars from 1998.Originally posted by Wigan View PostFound some that went at auction in the UK for 280 quid but were 3 years older than yours.

Of course. Bolivar Inmensas are a pretty rare cigar for a reason.Originally posted by Wigan View PostThey are still a discontinued 14 years old cigar he has got.
But I'm just mentioning to take that into consideration when comparing prices. Especially with a public online auction where these cigars would fetch much more. 280 is a very low price for '97 Inmensas that I'd pay without a doubt, though. I think a fairer price would be something like 400 pounds on the public market for 1997s.

There is times, not always, but some times where if this was the Turing test instead of a cigar forum he would fail.
You`d be out as well TJ!
If there is anyone that doesn't know what I am on about click here
EDIT: Going to add there are often pearls of wisdom hidden in the gibberish that are worth the time and effort it can take to decipher your posts.

Ugh. Fine, lemme break it down for you lame game brains:Originally posted by cigarmo View PostButters can I say, as usual your chatting crap, now go make some more meth and try not to smoke it all
Wigan mentioned another box of cigars from 1997.
He used it to compare the prices 2000 : 1997.
I mentioned a box of 1997s would cost substantially different from a box of 2000s.
I stated that 280 is very cheap for 1997 Inmensas.
I stated 400 would be a more accurate price on public sales.
I called Mo a lamebrain.

Yeah I read a cigar book on flight so that was in my descision making process weren't overly expensive either just used the Dhirams we had left to get them was going to pay with my credit card but realized I had enough in my wallet..went back and got the Montes with my credit card but they were reasonable considering the age etc.

Did you know they were a discontinued line when you got them and if so was that knowledge part of the reason for choosing them?
