Stores always charge more in store than online. That sounds about right price wise I'm sure. I know jj fox are much more expensive in store, at least ?4 on a stick if not more with particular ones.

The owner of the shop is a local lad who has taken the plunge and decided to put together a small stock.
Obviously he will not be able to compete with the main players, but I will support him with the odd single
purchase just to try and help keep him up and running. Browsing on the internet is great. Actually standing
in a walk in humidor and smelling and touching Cuban quality is something totally different.
I think he deserves to be helped out occasionally.

?4 of an additional charge is a bit steep for any cigar but if your doing a twist for a new shop then kudos to you sir.

On a stick of around this price, he charges about ?4 more than cgars prices.

Thanks for that parnaby. Have tried a siglo II in Havana and enjoyed immensely. May have to steer clear of cohiba for a while until funds are a bit better!

Been a naughty boy.

I had a walk into the town today to have a look for the shop which parnaby recommended to me.
I found it. And a friend of mine works in there, so had a look around the stock. There is a nice little
selection going on in there.

I came out with this:




It is now in a cigar tube, and closed up in a sealed plastic bag. My humidor is currently at 79% RH and falling.
At what level will it be OK to put the stick in there? Should I wait until it falls to 69% or can it go in at a higher RH?
