Large packs, thought they would have better stability and lifeOriginally posted by butternutsquashpie View PostSmall or large pack?
I've seen someone on youtube place a pack between a solution soaked sponge and his cigars to recharge, takes a while but prevents over humidification and also recharges, I don't know if steam works, boveda are apparently much better at giving out humidification than taking it. I would say the best option would be to put used packs in a air tight (klip lock) with a shot glass of solution or distilled water... I haven't recharged yet, but I'm sure youtube will have people doing it. Suppose the steam would work, its essentially distilled water.Originally posted by Wigan View PostI thought it was boiling water to create steam or is that risking mould?

If you pop an old xx% boveda pack into a sealed bag with a dish of water, they recharge fast as well. You don't need a separate boveda pack to charge your boveda packs, lmaoOriginally posted by DogManDude View PostIf you pop old 69% Boveda bags into a sealed bag with a Boveda humidor seasoner bag, they recharge fast and go big and puffy!

Good advice. I let mine go too dry before I tried recharging them and it took more than 2 weeks to get them back.Originally posted by wolfie View PostBoveda charging....
