  • Gran Canaria tubed trio

My friend just got back from Gran Canaria. He was kind enough to grab me some tubed sticks. Not much but I did the classic 'pop the lid and give a big sniff' and I can say they smell brilliant! Screenshot_2017-07-24-19-44-25.jpg

On a slightly side note, he brought back some camel double click cigarettes - one click is menthol, one click is grape. I'm not a big cigarette smoker but I had to try one and it's truly weird... The only way to describe it is that it's like a fruity vape but with a hint of tobacco, in a strange way, it's almost pleasant.

I was 11 when the 1st cigarette I smoked was a soft pack Camel. I dropped it and burnt the carpet. Boy did I get a hiding when my dad found out!

    Nice tubos [emoji106]

Both, I'd expect! Had it been a good cigar, just the burn in the carpet.

Delicious menage a trois you have going on there!

The cigarette sounds like a crime against the tongue...but my brain cannot help but be curious

                            So,

It's been some time now and i've had another vigia after letting it sit for around 5 months...

I wont bother putting this into the review section because it's only going to be a very short review.

What a brilliant cigar, i've ordered a few reyes' as a follow up action.

The cigar burnt perfectly throughout and it has creamy smoke with a lovely taste of roasted nuts throughout, being accompanied by a light wood to start, then onto a sweet and floral honey in the final third. I properly nubbed this cigar.

Definitely better after it's sat for a while.

I smoked it with some Hennessy vs cognac and it was a perfect compliment.

Hoped this has helped anyone wondering if they'd like the stick!

                              Evening Chris,

Great to see you bobbing back up on the forum, and it sounds you've had yourself a fantastic smoke too full of the key tasting notes of a good trinidad!

May have to dig one out for myself now too...

Looking forward to reading what you light up next!

PS - next time, take come pictures, we're all suckers for cigar porn on here...
