Part of me (and my bank account) are more nervous about what the collection will look like in another yearOriginally posted by Johnny Thunder View PostThat is an excellent collection. I look forward to seeing it this time next year.

Very nice additions. As others said, that's a nice box of Sir Wintons, I'm jealous. I purchased a box a few months ago and mine are really shitty looking, will need to get a second box at a later date. The BBF box is nice as well and it's always pleasant to find a box with a few years on it.

The variability of quality of the Winnies at the moment is pure cack. You'd think for a stick like that they'd sort their act out. However, it might just be down to availability of wrapper.Originally posted by gojira View PostVery nice additions. As others said, that's a nice box of Sir Wintons, I'm jealous. Then again, it might just be Cuba being Cuba.

Yes, they should put a little effort into these higher end cigars. I'm really hoping that the wrappers are just shitty looking and that they will smoke fine once I get to them. I pulled out a single Sir Winnie that I had left to smoke in the coming days and the difference between that stick and those in my box is frightening. When I got my box of BHK 52 I went through a few boxes and some of them where very ugly. Go figure.Originally posted by groundhog View PostThe variability of quality of the Winnies at the moment is pure cack. You'd think for a stick like that they'd sort their act out. Hoyo des Dieux BUM NOV 13
Hoyo du Gourmet MUS SEP 12
A very kind gift from @gojira ; I have really wanted to try these smokes for some time, and consider myself very fortunate for having the opportunity!

My Secret Santa generously bombed me with:
1 x Juan Lopez Chiado (2014)
1 x Saint Luis Rey Inca (2015)
1 x Punch Corona (1999)
1 x Finest Cubans 'Bullet' custom rolled (2015)
1 x oliva series v melanio no 4
I have not tried most of these smokes, and the Punch i have never had with such age on (18 years!?!?!) - they shall all die a good death over the festive period. So whoever you are, my thanks, sir!Only the impossible is worth the effort.

Rules are made to be broken
So, i broke the whole 'not buying anymore boxes this year' promise i made myself (I know, I know, I'm gonna get mad when i find out myself broke that promise...). BUT is was for the RA Hexagons, and if i let them slide past i do not think i could have forgiven myself!
NB - I had to peel some God awful labels from the box to get to the date (and to save my eyesight), so they do look a little bit mangled!Only the impossible is worth the effort.
