B'ham has a curious part covered courtyard.... they never seem too keen it used have a cigar store and a wine store many moons ago, so you definitely could... but theses days seems less definitive

The Bristol HdV has a similar area under an arch. When I was last there, they had a humidor and reasonably priced CC 'staples'.
